However, we recognise that, for some, getting started at a new club can be a bit daunting, but that staying on track for long enough to achieve success is especially tricky for many people.
Therefore, our welcoming membership staff will tailor a service programme to help you start smoothly and then our expert fitness teams will work out a programme of support that will help you to stay on track. Our goal is to help you to do the Right things (We'll help you to exercise safely, effectively and realistically). Regularly enough to get the results you desire. Change your programs every 5 weeks. So, you choose how you get started! For example. If you are new to health clubs then we'll help you get started...
With a tailored exercise programme designed to fit your lifestyle; Spend plenty of time helping you to feel comfortable and confident with the relevant equipment , we will stay by your side as long as you need us!
However, if you are a seasoned exerciser, then you can choose our "Fast Track" service. You won't be forced to go through an irrelevant introduction to the equipment, but we'll make sure that you know where everything is and can crack on with your training as smoothly as possible.
But, our service does not stop there! We pride ourselves in our commitment to providing continued world-class service. If you visit regularly then fitness staff will be on hand to help you stay on track; personal trainers are available to provide additional expertise, motivation and dedication to help you progress more quickly towards your goals.
We also know that sometimes the going gets tough and this is when people can appreciate some extra support. So, if you don't visit for a while we'll do our best to get in touch and encourage you to return to active habits. We care, and we're here to help.
If its nutrition you are interested in we hold regular group talks to help you try achieve your goals by giving you the right advice on not only what to eat but the right times to eat and all this is advice is Free!!
